Obituary published and funeral arrangements entrusted to the care and direction of the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home and Crematory
Jack entered the family business, Hofmann Fluid Power Inc., at young age. He took the reins in 1974 and has been the proud President/CEO since. When he wasn’t hard at work, he enjoyed photography, tractors, bird watching, and getting lost in a good book. Jack loved being in the kitchen where he would put his skills to work cooking for the family. Jack will always be remembered for his work ethic, his sarcastic sense of humor, and the incredible love he had for his family. He will continue to live on in the lives of his children and grandchildren by his love, guidance, and the lessons he instilled in them.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Marilyn V ”Lynn” (nee Neff); his children, John Arthur (Jenny) Hofmann, IV, Eric (Martha) Hofmann, and Tiffany Hofmann; grandchildren, Tucker (Ally) Hofmann, John Arthur Hofmann, V, Chance Hofmann, Makayla Sundine, Avery Hofmann, and Ally Hofmann; and his siblings, Shelley Hofmann and Ken (Mary) Hofmann. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
