Mary Beth Cousins, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Central DuPage Hospital. Mary Beth was born on November 29, 1966, in Joliet, Illinois, to the late William and Janice Vogrin. Her loving presence and unwavering devotion to her family and friends will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A graduate of Lockport Township High School, Mary Beth dedicated over three decades of service to the healthcare community through her work at Duly Health and Care as a Senior Financial Analyst Specializing in Physician Compensation. Her commitment to her profession and compassion for others touched many lives throughout the years.

Mary Beth had a warm and generous spirit. She found joy in simple pleasures — the art of cooking, the beauty of nature, and the comfort of a good book. She especially loved traveling and, above all, spending cherished time with her nieces and nephews, whom she adored as if they were her own children.
Mary Beth is survived by her brother, Mark (Jill) Vogrin; two sisters, Michele Vogrin and Marcie (Tim) Clouse; nieces and nephews, Eric (Marissa) Vogrin, Daniel (Taylor) Vogrin, Mitchell (fiancée Allison Divello) Vogrin, Sela Ryan Viamonte, Sara Viamonte, Adria Clouse, and Julian (Bailey) Clouse. She also leaves behind numerous great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins — all of whom were lucky to share in her kindness and affection.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael Vogrin.
A Memorial Gathering for Mary Beth Cousins will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet, IL, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 5:00 p.m. As it was her request, cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorials may be made in her name to Lurie Children’s Hospital would be appreciated.
