Trina Hudoba
Trina Hudoba, age 81, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Trina was born in Chicago on January 24, 1943. She worked for many years at the old H.P. Smith Plant, where she made many good friends, and met her husband Stanley Hudoba. Trina and Stanley, when not working, enjoyed their time together traveling, particularly to secluded destinations in the country.

Trina leaves behind her loving husband of over 31 years, Stanley Hudoba. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Taylor, and her pet parrot Packer. She is also survived by many good friends, including special friend, Linda Ilkanic.
Trina was a talented crochet, and she took great joy in crocheting receiving blankets and hats for newborns at Edward Hospital, where she volunteered for many years.

As it was her final wish, cremation rites have been accorded, and all friends and relatives are invited to celebrate Trina’s life on Saturday, April 20, 2024 with a Memorial Visitation beginning at 2 p.m. and concluding with services at 6 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black (at Essington) Rd., Joliet. Memorials in Trina’s name to any Disabled Veterans Organization would be appreciated.
