Paint And Plant Wellness Class Offered At Sugar Creek in Joliet
Ashley Searing, founder of RejuveNate Plants and Wellness, will help participants use creative therapy to paint their own planter pots.

Rejuvenate your mind and spirit during a Paint and Plant Wellness Class on Saturday, March 4.
The class will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Forest Preserve District of Will County's Sugar Creek Administration Center in Joliet.
Ashley Searing, founder of RejuveNate Plants and Wellness, will lead the class and help participants use creative therapy to paint their own planter pots.

Searing’s mission statement is, "Through medicinal healing and the power of art, we continuously strive towards RejuveNating mental health.”
During Searing’s engaging talk, you’ll learn how RejuveNate started, her personal story and how plants and creative therapy influence and benefit our mental health. At the end of the program, you will be able to place a plant into your masterpiece to take home to add Zen to your space.

Gain knowledge about mental health, self-care and positive outlets to combat mental health ailments in this wellness program. All materials will be provided.
Event requirements
The class is for ages 16 or older and it costs $5 per person. Registration is required by Thursday, March 2. Call 815-727-8700 or register online.
This program takes place entirely indoors in an accessible facility. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
