PCP Dealer Arrested On Center Street In Joliet: Police

Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and placed Arierous King into custody without incident.

JOLIET, IL — A 32-year-old Joliet man from the 100 block of Fairlane Drive is lodged in the Will County Jail following Friday afternoon's arrest by Joliet police on drug-dealing charges.

Arierous King was booked into the Will County Adult Detention Facility on a $30,000 bail on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

"Following an investigation conducted by the Joliet Police Department Narcotics Unit, King was identified as a suspect in the possession of PCP," police spokesman Dwayne English announced.

At 1:45 p.m., officers saw King driving a vehicle near Center Street and Morgan Street. Officers conducted a traffic stop and took King into custody without incident, English noted.
