Public Nudity on Water Street: Cops

JOLIET, IL — A 62-year-old man pulled off his pants in the middle of Water Street and exposed his penis in front of a cop, police said.

The officer was parked near the corner of Shelby and Water streets shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday when he saw a man in the road removing his pants and exposing his penis, police said.

The man, John Goodman of Joliet, then walked behind a Water Street house and urinated against the back wall, police said.

Goodman got a ticket charging him with nudity and lewd conduct.
