JOLIET, IL — Rathbun, Cservenyak, and Kozol LLC announced the promotion of Michael J. Lichner to law firm Partner.

He joined the firm in 2011 as an associate and has been an exceptional asset. Over the last 12 years of practicing law, Michael has represented hundreds of injured individuals and is a zealous advocate for all his clients. Lichner primarily focuses on cases concerning clients who have been catastrophically injured, wrongful death, construction accidents and trucking liability. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

As a longtime resident of Will County, he is also a member of the Will County Bar Association. Michael is passionate about his career as an attorney and is committed to being a great representative of RCK Law Firm.

According to his law bio, when he is not practicing law, Lichner enjoys spending time exploring nature, skydiving, rock climbing, scuba diving, snowboarding, and surfing. In 2007, he and two fellow climbers tested their lead-climbing skills on a six-pitch climb up the historic Flat Irons in Boulder, Colorado, reaching the summit nearly eight hours after they first began.
