Revoked License, Joliet Man, 42, Gets Another DUI: Police
Shortly before 1 a.m., Joliet police responded to a residence in the 200 block of Margaret Street for a domestic disturbance.

JOLIET, IL — A 42-year-old Joliet man who comes from the 200 block of Margaret Street on the city's west side is now in Will County's Jail after Joliet police say Raul Guzman was driving under the influence of alcohol, with open alcohol inside his vehicle, early Tuesday morning.
Guzman does not have a valid license to drive, according to Joliet police.
At 3:23 a.m. Guzman was booked into the Will County Jail on charges of aggravated DUI, DUI, open transportation of alcohol and driving with a revoked license.

According to Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English, the following events led to Guzman's arrest by fellow officers:
- Around 12:50 a.m., officers were called to the Guzman home on Margaret Street for a disturbance.
- During an argument with his wife, Guzman drove away, only to return to the property after the Joliet police showed up at his house.
- Guzman had an open container of alcohol inside his vehicle, and he showed signs of alcohol impairment.
- Following his field sobriety tests, Guzman was taken into custody.
- "Officers learned that Guzman’s driver’s license had been revoked for a prior DUI. The vehicle was towed from the scene," English announced.
