Santa and the Timbers' Elves Party

Santa Claus will listen to children’s wishes and pose for photos at the 12th Annual Timbers’ holiday event, “Santa and the Timbers’ Elves,” from 1 – 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at The Timbers of Shorewood retirement community, 1100 N. River Rd.

“Santa and the Timber’s Elves” has become a favorite holiday festival for the community and for residents of the Timbers of Shorewood.

The event is planned for families and includes treats, surprises and animals galore. There will be draft horses for hay rides, a petting zoo filled with lots of small animals - goats, chickens, sheep, etc.

In addition, there will be live reindeer. Two caricature artists will share their talents: Angel Contreras and Daniel Laib.

Members of the Kiwanis Club of Shorewood volunteer time to ensure the event is successful. Beverages, popcorn, cookies and other refreshments will be served, and children’s games will take place.

Please dress appropriately for weather. Activities will be outdoors.
