"This is a Miniature Scale Model of the Empress Casino in Joliet, Illinois. It Sits on a Cobalt Blue Base and has a Mirror, to Catch Light from Every Angle. It has Silver Detail and Name Plate. It is in Excellent Condition having No Cracks or Chips and Comes in the Original Box with Styrofoam for Protection. It Measures 2 3/4" Wide x 2 3/8" x 1 7/8" Tall."
