JOLIET, IL — Joliet police were responding to a serious crash involving at least two vehicles at the traffic light at Black and Essington roads just after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

As of 5:20 p.m., traffic was being diverted at multiple locations along Black and Essington roads.
