Shots Fired After Joliet West Basketball Game
There were no injuries and no suspects were arrested.

JOLIET, IL — Shots were fired in the Joliet West High School parking lot Friday night after the school’s basketball game, according to a statement from Joliet Township High School District 204.
“No one was injured during the incident and there were no suspects arrested,” District 204 Director of Community Relations Kristine Schlismann said. “(The district) will continue to work with the Joliet Police Department as they continue the investigation.”
Schlismann said the district’s first priority is the safety of the students, staff and community and will be keeping communication open as the investigation continues.

Joliet Police Chief Brian Benton confirmed the incident and said there are currently no suspects.
