- ACTIVE MINDFULNESS : Designed to advance dancers into a state of self-awareness, "Active Mindfulness" is an activity class focused on fusing meditation and improv techniques to start your day off right.
- MOVEMENT QUALITY : Learn how to fulfill movement to its fullest quality through reading and texturizing the music.
