St. Pat's Halloween Yard: 'A Lot Of Witnesses To Our Madness'
Bill and Sharon Drilling have set up a huge Halloween display in their St. Patrick's Neighborhood for more than 20 years.

JOLIET, IL — For more than 20 years, Bill and Sharon Drilling have enjoyed giving back to their St. Patrick's Neighborhood and the community of Joliet. Their way of giving back is through their yard. The Drillings set up one of the most elaborate Halloween displays in all of Joliet. They also go all-out for Thanksgiving, Christmas as well as Easter.
During the next few weeks, they encourage people to make a visit to their Halloween display. Their house with a large yard is at the corner of Irene Street and Emmett.
Their address is 512 Irene St.

On Thursday night, Joliet Patch's editor caught up with the Drillings for an interview.
"Over 20 years and it's something of joy, contributing to the community," Bill Drilling remarked. "The St. Pat's Area had been devoid of a lot of decorations until we moved in, and we found out, not only Halloween, but Thanksgiving and Christmas and Easter, too."
