Theresa “Terry” Miller-Flynn, 62 years, died unexpectedly at home on April 14, 2023.
Terry was born on November 11, 1960, in Chicago, to Mary (Marks) Guzik. Terry

Transcription. At the time of her death, she was employed as the Receptionist for
ALCO. Terry referred to all of them, as her work family.
On January 15, 2005, she married the love of her life, Keith Martin Flynn. They
loved camping, traveling, going to the Chicago Wolves Hockey games and being with friends and
family. Terry was an avid reader. Terry and Keith were season ticket holders for
the Chicago Wolves. She was member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge # 300, Member of the
Auxiliary of the American Legion, and she was a member of her homeowners’
association.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Frank Guzik; her uncle, George P. Marks;
her nephew, Stewart Timothy Miller, her mother-in-law Michelle Lu; her father-in-law,
Jerome Flynn; her brother and sister-In-law, Jeffery and Rita Flynn and her sister-in-Law,
Jennifer Flynn.
Surviving by her loving, husband Keith Flynn; her mother, Mary (Marks) Guzik; daughter, Christina
Stevens and her brother, Stewart Miller; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kathleen (Veto) Mattera,
Dennis (Kerrie) Flynn, Nelson Greene, Dee Ahlgren, Tina (Paul) Rock-Noffsinger and Cindy Rock.
She was an Aunt, Great Aunt, Great-Great Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Crematory, 2320 Black Road, Thursday, April 20th at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flower, memorials in Terry name to the Loyal Order of Moose #300, 25 Springfield Avenue, Joliet, IL 60435,will be appreciated. Interment Beverly Cemetery in Blue Island.
