Tornado Warning Interrupts Joliet Council Meeting
Everyone in attendance was brought down to the basement.

A tornado warning interrupted the Joliet City Council meeting Tuesday night. The alarm came in on many phones throughout the council room at around 7:25 p.m. and people were led into the basement to wait.
At around 7:37 p.m. the all clear was given and people returned to the council meeting, which resumed where it left off.
