JOLIET, IL -As construction gets set to begin on a new $25 million Health Department facility for Will County, the Will County Board has entered into a project labor management agreement to ensure high quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness.

The county board inked the agreement with Three Rivers Construction Alliance, the Will and Grundy Counties Building Trades Council and Leopardo Inc. The new building is expected to be built in the parking lot of the old building, officials said. The new building is slated to be completed in the middle of 2020. A groundbreaking ceremony may occur this December.
