Walmart Employees Threatened With Death: JPD
Willie Williams, a 68-year-old Joliet man, has been released from custody on an I-bond by Joliet police after disorderly conduct charges.

JOLIET, IL — In what turned out to be a misdemeanor arrest, a 68-year-old Joliet man was released from custody after threatening to kill some of the Joliet Walmart employees last week, according to Joliet police.
Willie Williams Jr. released on an I-Bond for disorderly conduct, according to Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English. The incident at 2424 West Jefferson St. happened around 5:15 p.m. on Dec. 29.
"Officers learned that Williams had threatened to kill Walmart employees with a gun," English revealed. "Further investigation determined that Williams had become upset after being denied a prescription in the pharmacy. Williams was located on the scene and placed into custody. No firearm was recovered."
