Weekend Will County Jail Blotter

JOLIET, IL - We've said this once before and we'll say it again: we would not be surprised to see a flashing neon sign proclaiming "No Vacancy" outside the Will County Adult Detention Facility this weekend. Why? There's been another large spike in new admissions at the downtown Joliet jail over the past few days. Several criminal defendants were ordered there by the courts, but there has also been an uptick in new inmates. Here's a small sampling of the latest detentions from around the Joliet area and Will County.

MARK CARVER, 56, Wilmington, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Police on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

HAZMA JABER, 21, 5400 block of Riviera Boulevard, Plainfield, arrested by Shorewood Police on charges of criminal trespass to a building.
