Wildhorse Bar & Grill Doesn't Make It

JOLIET, IL —A sit-down restaurant that opened during the summer of 2017 on West Jefferson Street has closed its doors forever, Joliet Patch has learned. The large advertising sign facing Jefferson Street proclaims Wildhorse Bar & Grill open daily at 11 a.m.

On Thursday, the parking lot was empty and nobody was on the property. A handwritten sign posted on the main entrance door for the restaurant reads: "We want to thank everyone but unfortunately Wild Horse (is) out of Business."

The website for the restaurant noted that "Wild Horse Bar & Grill is a country-style restaurant and bar proudly serving unique wood-grill cooked appetizers, meals, delicious cocktails, craft beers."
