Will Co. Jail Jan. 18: Special Weekend Edition
The new detainees are from Homer Glen, Plainfield, Naperville,Mokena and Joliet.

JOLIET, IL — Friday brought snow to the Joliet area but it also did not stop police officers across Will County from doing their job. The following people have been arrested and transported to the Will County Jail in downtown Joliet. Here's the reasons for their arrests.
Carrie Czopkiewicz, 41, Lost Boys Lane, Homer Glen, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of domestic battery.

Gerardo Guzman, 20, Dearborn Street, Crest Hill, arrested by Crest Hill Police on a charge of domestic battery.

Edgar Luvianos, 25, 600 block of North Reed Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of residential burglary, criminal damage to property in the range of $500 to $10,000 and resisting the arrest.

Jason Raman, 36, Savannah, Tennessee, periodic imprisonment in connection with driving on a revoked or suspended license, speeding more than 35 mph over the limit, operating uninsured and other related traffic offenses.

Kim Sesson, 44, Val Verde Court, Plainfield, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI/BAC 0.08, improper lane usage, transporting or carrying alcoholic liquor as the driver and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Giedrius Skorupskas, 43, Ishnala Drive, Naperville, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on a remand from court for civil contempt and violating an order of protection.

Nicholas Toth, 31, Lynwood, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on three charges of forgery, a temporary hold of McHenry County authorities and a parole violation hold for authorities in Wisconsin.

Anya Zakula, 25, Swabberg Lane, Mokena, arrested by New Lenox Police on a temporary police hold for Cook County authorities.
