MICHAEL SCHMITT, 30, 700 block of East Washington Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on two counts of resisting arrest.

RAYMOND CARTER, 35, unit block of Grant Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Will County on charges of aggravated DUI-4th, driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.

MARK A. GARCIA, 32, 600 block of North Broadway, Joliet, arrested by Will County on charges of failing to report for at least the second time as a sex offender.

JOE GONZALEZ, 45, 2100 block of Cattlemen Drive, New Lenox, arrested by New Lenox on charges of drunken driving.

SAMUEL ROGERS, 18, 2600 block of Bangert Court, Naperville, arrested by Naperville Police on charges of threatening a school building.
