Will County Jail Inmates For Oct. 18 Weekend
The new detainees are from Joliet, Mokena, Chicago Heights and elsewhere.

JOLIET, IL — The following people were arrested by police agencies across Will County and brought to the Will County Jail since Friday, Oct. 16. Here are the reasons for the arrests.
Orlando Cisneros, 27, 1200 block of Luther Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Joliet police on three charges of burglary and one charge of criminal trespass to vehicle.

Franklin Kinney, 29, 300 block of Water Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet police on charges of manufacture and delivery of cannabis, 10 to 30 grams, and possession of controlled substances.

Phillip McKay, 46, Chicago Heights, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, not driving on the right side and operating without auto insurance.

Natalie Negray, 22, Streator, arrested by Crest Hill police on charges including driving on a suspended license, possession of a controlled substances, obstructing identification and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bismark Opare, 25, Butterfly Road, Bolingbrook, arrested by Bolingbrook police on charges of disorderly conduct and aggravated battery/strangulation.

James Scanlan, 32, Division Street, Mokena, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a revoked or suspended license.

Marcos Patino-Patino, 28, 1000 block of Brush Hill Circle, Joliet, arrested by Joliet police on domestic battery charges.
