JOLIET, IL —The following people were arrested by police agencies across Will County and brought to the Will County Jail since Thursday, Aug, 13. Here are the reasons for their arrests.

Lolita Buss, 24, homeless, arrested by Joliet police on a temporary police hold for Grundy County authorities.

Kerry Ray London, 25, Lake Shore Drive, Romeoville, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on two charges of possession of controlled substances.

James Wilcher, 30, West Main Street, Plainfield, arrested by Plainfield police on domestic battery charges.

Steve Saylor, 60, Thistle Drive, Bolingbrook, arrested by Bolingbrook police on charges of burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Thomas Zabinski, 39, South Wolf Road, Mokena, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on 13 criminal charges. Some charges include: assault, disorderly conduct, aggravated battery to a peace officer, driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI/BAC 0.08 or higher.

Michael Perry, 62, West Eames Street Channahon, arrested by Joliet police on a temporary police hold for LaSalle County authorities.
