JOLIET, IL —The following people have been handcuffed and taken into the custody of the Will County Adult Detention Facility since Friday, Jan. 10. Here's why.

Walter Billiot, 48, Lafayette, Indiana, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on a remand from court for a single charge of speeding more than 35 mph above the legal limit.

Cedric Harris, 41, 500 block of Water Street, Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, transporting or carrying alcoholic liquor as the driver, driving 21 to 25 mph above the speed limit, driving on a suspended license and aggravated DUI/license suspended or revoked.

Ronnie Knight, 39, Minneapolis, Minnesota, arrested by Illinois Department of Corrections on two charges of aggravated identity theft, $300 to $10,000, victim 60 years of age or older.

David A. Miller, 30, 3100 block of September Drive, Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of violating a protection order.
