JOLIET, IL — The following people were arrested by police agencies across Will County and brought to the Will County Jail Monday, July 19. Here are the reasons for their arrests.
Kemo Lee, 23, South Lowe Avenue, Chicago, arrested by New Lenox police on charges of defacing gun ID markings and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

Ronald Knedlik, 38, West Inverness Lane, Frankfort, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of violating an order of protection.

Davell Mercer, 28, 600 block of Elmwood Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on a remand from court on 15 total charges including manufacturing 15 to 100 grams of cocaine, possession of controlled substances and driving on a suspended license.

David Gwiazda, 36, Swan Drive, Mokena, arrested by Mokena police on two charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI/BAC 0.08 or higher, driving revoked or suspended and improper turn signal.

Stephanie Briceno, 18, 600 block of Dover Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet police on domestic battery charges.

Cheonte Blackmon, 31, 31, 500 block of Pico Street, Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on February charges of merchandise theft.

Kathy Ann Anderson, 51, West Eames Street, Channahon, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on 14 charges of forgery and one charge of theft by deception.
