Will County Police Blotter September 27-28

JOLIET, IL - Here's your look at the recent arrests of people taken into custody at the Will County jail on Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 27-28.

Nemesis Swart, 25, 14000 block of South Oregon Drive, Plainfield, arrested on a felony charge of criminal damage to government property and two misdemeanor counts of domestic battery.

Christina Minnick, 21, 1600 block of Theodore Street, Joliet, arrested on misdemeanor charges of battery involving physical contact.

Roscoe Norals III, 20, 400 block of Dixon Avenue, Joliet, arrested on five felonies and one misdemeanor. The felonies include charges of manufacturing marijuana, possession of controlled substances, possessing a firearm with a defaced serial number, violating bail and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

Zoe Penrod, 33, 1400 block of Rock Run Drive, Crest Hill, arrested on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery.

Deshawn Matthews, 26, 200 block of Third Avenue, Joliet, arrested on felony charges of aggravated battery involving great bodily harm and two misdemeanors, interfering with a domestic violence report and domestic battery.
