JOLIET, IL — Bail has been set at $25,000 for a 32-year-old Joliet man who pulled a woman by her hair and threw a glass bottle at her during the morning of Feb. 22, according to Joliet police.

Rodney Parks, who comes from the 200 block of 4th Avenue, was booked into custody around 6:30 p.m. after he showed up at the Joliet police station for an unrelated matter. Employees realized Parks had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Joliet police for four counts of domestic battery. He was driven from the police station to the Will County Jail just a couple block away, and that's where he remained Monday.
