Woman Uses Brick During Domestic Fight: Police
It was the fifth arrest of the year for Patricia Bridges, Will County jail logs show.

JOLIET, IL - For the fifth time since February, officers at the Joliet Police Department have placed 31-year-old Patricia Bridges under arrest and delivered her to the Will County Jail. Her latest booking occurred at 1:22 a.m. Wednesday after Joliet Police say she grabbed a brick and smacked a man in the head during a domestic violence episode. Bridges was charged with two counts of aggravated battery. Her arrest occurred around midnight, police reports show, and the location of the arrest was listed as 14 West Jefferson Street, which is the property of the Will County Courthouse.
"Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who was bleeding on the head area from a large laceration. The victim stated he was hit on the head with a brick and identified Bridges as the person responsible," Joliet Police said.
Police say that Bridges had already ran from the area before the squad cars arrived. "Officers located Bridges and Bridges was positively identified by the victim," reports show.

The Will County Jail listed Bridges as residing at the MorningStar Mission on East Washington Street. Here's a rundown of her other arrests so far this year, all by the Joliet Police Department:
Feb. 2: resisting arrest, criminal trespass to land and obstructing justice
