Woman's Throat Grabbed After Video Game System Breaks: JPD
Patrick Innocente, 27, of Joliet, was taken away in handcuffs on Monday during another disturbance call, Joliet police said.

JOLIET, IL — A 27-year-old Joliet man from the 600 block of North Center Street is now in the Will County Jail after Joliet police say he attacked a woman in October at his house, grabbing her throat with both hands. The outburst happened after Patrick Innocente became angry with her over a broken video game system, according to Joliet police.
On Monday, Innocente was booked into the county jail on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
Back on Oct. 14, Joliet police were notified of a domestic disturbance at Innocente's residence that involved a woman Innocente had a romantic relationship

By late October, Joliet police got a warrant to arrest Innocente on the domestic violence charges. Then around 8:45 a.m. Monday, Joliet police were notified of a second disturbance at Innocente's place in the 600 block of North Center Street.
"Officers made contact with Innocente and placed him into custody without incident," English stated.
Bail for Innocente was set at $15,000. He remains in custody unable to post the necessary 10 percent to regain his freedom.
