X-Golf Coming To Joliet: Liquor License Vote Before City Council
The Joliet City Council will vote on Tuesday night whether to approve X-Golf's liquor license request for 2700 Plainfield Road.
JOLIET, IL —The website for X-Golf has hinted for several months how there will be an expansion, a new location coming to Joliet.

At Tuesday night's Joliet City Council meeting, Joliet's elected officials will vote on a Class B liquor license to allow the sale of alcohol on the premises only, at 2700 Plainfield Road.
X-Golf plans to locate in the shopping center that includes Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Michaels The Arts & Crafts Store and Bob's Furniture, just down the road from the Louis Joliet Mall.

Mayor Bob O'Dekirk is recommending the liquor license be approved. According to city records, X-Golf estimates that alcohol sales will be about 9 percent of its business.
