$2 Million Lottery Win For Indian Head Park Man

Zeraldas Usonis will use the $2 million to buy a house and to expand the charitable acts he does.

INDIAN HEAD PARK, IL — An Indian Head Park resident recently won $2 million when he scratched a Multi Millionaire ticket sold from an Indian Head deli. According Illinois Lottery, Zeraldas Usonis will use the $2 million to buy a house and to expand the charitable acts he does.

According to the Lottery, Usonis donates 200 turkeys and hams to a food pantry for Thanksgiving and Christmas ever year.

"Good people always win!" he said in a release.

The Lottery said Usonis purchased his Multi Millionaire lottery ticket from Oak Pantry & Deli, 6925 Joliet Road, in Indian Head Park. The retailer received a bonus of $20,000, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.

Multi Millionaire is a $20 instant game featuring four top prizes of $2,000,000, one of which has not been claimed. For more information, visit illinoislottery.com.
