2nd Annual High Holiday Hustle

5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Family Stroll Steps Off Sunday, September 28th at Congregation Etz Chaim in Lombard.

On Sunday, September 28th, over 300 men, women, and children will meet in the western suburbs for the second annual High Holiday Hustle, a 5K run/walk or 1-mile family stroll. The race kicks off at 9:00 am at Congregation Etz Chaim of Du Page County, 1710 S. Highland Avenue, Lombard. Everyone is welcome to participate in the multi-generational event, which includes a kiddie race with prizes for every child.

Chip timing will be available to 5K runners, and all participants will receive a free TECH shirt. The post-race celebration will feature food, drink, a DJ bouncy houses, balloon maker, professional face painter, farmers market, chair massages, and chiropractic evaluations. All of the post-race attractions are free to participants.

Pre-registration is $30; on the day of the race, $35. A special rate of $100 applies for families of four. All proceeds benefit the Robert Scott Samuels Memorial Scholarship Fund. To register or for more information, go to www.HighHolidayHustle.org.
