6 week course is designed to improve your strength, cardio, stamina, boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu and wrestling. Starts Monday May 9th

Hi everyone, I hope you are having a great day so far. We are hosting a 6 week MMA workshop to introduce you to the world of mixed martial arts. Beginners welcome, no previous experience necessary. This workshop is perfect for anyone who is interested in getting in better shape, learn self defense, learn the sport, compete, or all 4! Open to the public. We offer adult, kids and teens classes as well. Learn the best in boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling and mma.
