6 week strength clinic for youth athletes

Youth stars are rising in sport performance and dominance at Enhance Fitness Studio.

To highlight our programs, we have just created a small 6 week clinic (limited space) for all youth athletes that are interested in training to become an elite athlete. This program is geared for athletes between the ages of 12-18 years old. It starts March 15th and is called “6 Week Functional Strength Clinic”. From now until 2/27/16 you can sign up for our early bird registration for only $89. This covers all 12 sessions with customized programs. Contact Mike Padua, Jr. for more information.

EFS has TWO unique programs for sports performance:
- Youth Sports Performance (ages 8 – 13) At these ages, it is important to enhance motor development and not just focus on pure strength techniques. Kids are kids and we shouldn’t be training them like they are adults. Within any of our youth sports performance programs, we focus on neuromuscluar development to progress them properly during their growing stages. Within our type of training, youth athletes will find that they will gain speed, agility, quickness, coordination, control, balance, and overall full body strength while decreasing the likelihood of any developing/occurring injuries through sport. - High School Sports Performance (ages 14 – 18) In our high school programs we enhance the athlete through proper progression exercise techniques geared for the athlete’s sport, season, and body type. In our PFT program all athletes will get their own individualized program through a customized EFS App that will store all of their info and progressions in their sport performance regimen. PFT is a semi-private personal training program, which means sessions will be shared (cuts the cost) with an EFS trainer, customized (through our EFS App), and competitive (with other athletes working together for the same goal). We also offer niche High School programs like; Speed & Agility, Mass Camp, Barbell Strength, Vertical Training, and much much more.
