On Friday January 27th, Ronald McDonald joined in on the efforts to help raise money for the Highland Park High School soccer team. The Highland Park High School boys' soccer team will be traveling to Germany and the Netherlands this summer to play games, have training sessions, and learn about European culture. This trip will help these student-athletes grow as individuals, as a team and for many of them this will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Many of the players need financial assistance in order to make this trip a possibility. There goal is to raise $75,000 before summer.
This event was made possible by McDonald's owners Mark and Jenny Freeman. A special thank you to the Highland Park McDonald's manager Bertin Lopez.
