Annual District 105 Foundation 5K Dash

On Sunday, April 26, the District 105 Foundation will hold its annual 5K Family Run, Walk, and Raffle event at Countryside Park (6030 Kensington Avenue in Countryside). The fun begins at 9am.

Adults: $25

Youth: $10

Family (three or more): $50

D105 Staff: $20

Registration includes race admission, goodie bag, and a raffle ticket for a chance to win a themed gift basket OR a 55 inch LG TV. Additional raffle tickets are available on race day: 2 for $10 or 5 for $20 (cash or Venmo accepted). Lyons Township High School's radio station, WLTL, will be the MC.

This event is open to anyone and we look forward to a fun and enjoyable event for all.

Funds raised from the D105 Foundation 5K Dash go towards providing college scholarships to D105 alumni who are graduating from Lyons Township High School.

Since its founding in 2013, the D105 Foundation has existed to:

• Empower students to pursue their interests, talents and dreams.
• Strengthen family and community relationships.
• Provide college / higher education scholarships to District 105 alumni graduating from Lyons Township High School. Since 2014, the Foundation has awarded over 40 scholarships to amazing LTHS graduates.
