
Lisa Musial, E-RYT 200, will guide you through many arm balances including Crow/Crane (Bakasana), Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana), Twisted Scissors (Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 & 2), Fire Fly (Titibhasana), Eight-Crooks Pose (Astavakrasana), Shoulder-Pressing Pose( Bhaujapidasana) and Forearm balance(Pincha Mayurasana). You will learn how to connect to your core and develop the strength and confidence to attempt more advanced arm balance variations. Experience with yoga asana is highly suggested. This class is approachable but best suited for people without shoulder or wrist injuries. Fee: $25/$30 at the door
