The Baird & Warner Peak Producers training program has kicked off, and there are already over 150 broker associates who have signed up for the highly effective, 12-week session. Every Baird & Warner branch manager has been certified to facilitate the Peak Producers program in each of our sales offices, making it as convenient as possible for you to take your business to the next level. Peak Producers was developed by top producer Joe Niego and international real estate sales trainer Brian Buffini, both of Buffini & Company. The 12-week course is designed to help you develop the habits, attitude and skills to build and grow your own business and better serve your buyers and sellers. It is expected that each participant will generate 10 leads and close three extra transactions throughout the course. “There is a huge gap in the real estate industry when it comes to training, and this is our way of helping our agents rise above the competition and build strong businesses. We have made the commitment to invest in our brokers to help them grow as real estate professionals,” said Laura Ellis. “In my opinion, this is one of the best real estate training programs available.” Peak Producers classes are full for the current session, but additional classes will begin in August and September.
