Baird & Warner’s La Grange Office Breaks Records

2017 was huge for the La Grange office, with unprecedented growth and top producing agents. “We increased our market share tremendously this past year,” said Molly Surowitz, Managing Broker of the La Grange office, with the least number of days on the market at 51 Days for properties sold in La Grange. Their nearest competitor’s days on market was 47 percent longer.
“It’s really about being able to provide real estate expertise and outstanding service in the communities where we live,” Surowitz said. And her office is proud of what they accomplished in 2017.
According to Surowitz, as the fastest growing office in the La Grange area, her office experienced:

• 58% increase in closed sales in La Grange
• 81% increase in closed sales in Riverside
• 25% increase in closed sales in La Grange Park
• 62% increase in closed sales in Countryside
• 20% increase in closed sales in Indian Head Park

It was a big year, she said, for the brokers in her office:

• No. 2 Realtor in all of La Grange was Anne Monckton
• No. 2 Realtor in all of Riverside was Lauren Cody
• No. 1 Realtors in Baird & Warner’s La Grange office were Catherine Dugan La Belle with $12 million in sales and Maureen Barrett with 35 Sold Homes.
• No. 1 Team in Baird & Warner’s La Grange office was the Rouso Group with over $27 million in sales

“We also outgrew our old office last year,” said Surowitz and moved to a new office at 318 W. Burlington Ave. in La Grange. “Our doors are always open to the public — stop by any time.”
