Being the flow
Upcoming Workshop with David Ellzey at The Well Spirituality Center on February 17-18

by Bridget Sperduto
I woke this morning feeling a bit out of sorts—knotted up a bit, holding some well justified anger from the past. What triggered this and was holding on to it helpful? Was there something the anger wanted to
teach me or was it coming up to be released? Often, we re-tell ourselves a story and in doing so mistake it for a present reality. What shifted in me came in the form of a phone call. The person on the other end
spoke to me of something she read about God being the flow. What opened in me was the visceral feeling of being the flow.

The infinite we name God is available to us, as us, in every moment; yet why do we more often than not continue to live out of our “small self?” Why do we settle for a drop of water instead of the flow of the
entire ocean? What gets in the way?
If you have had the experience of being all knotted up inside or if you have had the experience of feeling unproductively polarized from another person or group of people, consider joining David Ellzey at The Well on February 17-18 for an experience of freedom.

If you want to move from ego driven actions and responses to choices that flow from true self, if you want to understand what pulls you out of the expansiveness of the present moment, if you want to approach the
present challenges of this time with greater authenticity this workshop is for you. It will be well worth your time.
