Hortons Lighting is seeking sales associates who are outgoing, personable and willing to learn/train in the lighting industry. Experience in Sales, or Interior Design is extremely helpful in this sales position. Candidates will work with retail customers, builders, designers and contractors to assist in all aspects of their projects. A Candidate must be flexible with their schedule and be able to work days, evenings and weekend shifts. We are looking for Candidates who are willing to learn and take initiative. Position Title: Sales - Hortons will train to be Lighting Specialist, along with training on the balance of the product we sell in our store - Knowledge in lighting is not necessary to apply.

Hiring Status: Several Part-Time positions available, but can expand to full time for the right individual looking to build a career.

Opportunity to work for one of the premier lighting showrooms in the Western Suburbs. We have 3 locations and hiring at the LaGrange location.

Previous sales experience working in sales or interior design environment is extremely helpful.

Sales team works on a draw commission system.
