LT’s Model UN takes second place in 32-team competition

The LT Model United Nations Club placed second at the tenth annual Northwestern Model United Nations (NUMUN) competition.

Thirteen proved to be a lucky number for Lyons Township High School. The baker’s dozen led the Model United Nations Club to second place at the tenth annual Northwestern Model United Nations (NUMUN) competition. The Lions also brought home the Outstanding Large Delegation award - the first time LT has ever won a team award at NUMUN. A total of 600 delegates, representing 32 schools nationwide, competed.
