Brookfield Zoo Holds Breakfast With Santa

BROOKFIELD, IL – This holiday season you can bring the family to Brookfield Zoo for an all-you-can-eat breakfast with a special appearance from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Dates are Dec. 8, 9, 15, or 16 with seatings offered at 9 or 11 a.m.

The zoo said the breakfast, which is sponsored by Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago™, takes place in the zoo’s Discovery Center. The menu features fluffy scrambled eggs; bacon strips; sausage links; French toast; breakfast potatoes; assorted pastries, muffins, and bagels; seasonal fruit; and assorted cereal. Beverages, including fresh chilled orange juice, milk, coffee, and tea also are included.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for photo opportunities as well as to hear everyone’s wish list, according to the zoo. Costumed characters and live entertainment from the Banjo Buddies will also be at the event.

The cost is $29.95 for adults and $21.95 for children ages 3-11. Children 2 and under are free. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
