Caller Threatens La Grange Doctor's Office: Cops
In another case, a woman told police a driver motioned her to come to his car.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
Disorderly conduct
- After learning about a delay in filling a prescription, a caller became irate and threatened a doctor on the telephone. The victim was listed as a doctor's office at 47 Sixth Ave. The report was filed Thursday.
- A woman told police that a driver motioned her to approach his car while she was walking on Cossitt Avenue near La Grange Road. She continued without speaking with the driver. The report was filed Wednesday.
Theft

- A man at the Bed Plus homeless shelter at 9601 E. Ogden Ave. reported that someone stole his debit card. He suspected another resident. The report was filed Aug. 13.
Identity theft
- A resident in the 400 block of Sunset Avenue told police that he received a bill in the mail in September 2023 for a phone he did not order. He filed a report with the carrier soon after. He then received another letter about the outstanding balance. The resident said he has not suffered any financial loss. He filed a police report Aug. 20.
