Candlelight New Years Eve with Letty Madrigal

Join Letty in our special New Year’s Eve class where we will contemplate this past year as we prepare to usher in the year to come with a tranquil, candle lit, flowing practice. Take time to let go of the past, revive in the present moment and rejuvenate for the coming year, all in the warm glow of the evening candlelight.

Releasing 2013, we’ll end with a 15 minute quieting savasana meant to guide us back to stillness, slowly preparing to welcome the New Year with gladness and an open heart.
