Choose Joy: a Playful Exploration of Backbends and Inversions with Cassandra Shugailo

We hear the word backbend and/or inversion and often freeze up with fear. In this vinyasa workshop we will learn to playfully and safely explore these poses and choose to laugh and rejoice in the challenge. Cass will offer options and modifications so all students can safely progress. We will let go of the fear and choose joy!

This workshop is welcome to all students willing to play with their practice, explore their potential, and who desire a deeper understanding of the inner-workings involved in backbending and inverting.
