DayTrip Underground Electronic Music Festival

With the advent of “festival season”, music-lovers have found themselves torn between seeing their favorite artists or, rather, saving the hundreds of dollars it would cost to see them; the listeners’ interests have fallen to the wayside as festival ticket prices continue to rise. Maek, an independent record label founded on the idea of giving back to the listener through free music, understood this problem and subsequently created DayTrip Underground Electronic Music Festival.
The 18+ festival, which spans over four weeks on four separate Sundays, showcases underground artists rather than typical headliners, and offers tickets starting at just $25. Setting itself even further apart from the typical festival, DayTrip boasts paint parties, a silent rave, and even a skate park for those who enjoy staying active while listening.
