2nd Annual Jazz and Blues Fest Brings Summer to a Close

If there’s one thing that the Community Park District of La Grange Park knows well, it’s how to put on a great concert. This year’s 2nd Annual Jazz and Blues Fest is sure to please with an outstanding lineup of music, food vendors, and new activities for all. Join us at the Memorial Park Amphitheater this Saturday, September 10th from 5:00 – 10:00 pm as we close out yet another amazing summer of concert entertainment. This is a free event with many thanks going to event sponsor Dr. James Discipio D.D.S.

From 5:00 – 6:00 pm we encourage families to enjoy some light entertainment and pick out their spots for the big shows which will start approximately around 6:00 pm. Lined up for this year’s event we have two phenomenal jazz and blues performers. Harry Garner’s Band and Breeze are scheduled to perform and we couldn’t be more excited. Each band has a unique jazz and blues style and will bring their own flair to this event.

Lastly we have a ‘Cruise In’ for all our car buffs out there. We welcome anyone who has a unique make, model or specialty car to come to the Memorial Park fields and show off what they have. This is a great chance to meet other local car enthusiasts and see some one-of-a-kind automobiles. Registration is not necessary.
