Boy Scout Troop 14 Spring Bike Drive to Support We Role and Growing Power

Join Boy Scout Troop 14 of LaGrange at the Cossitt Avenue School playground in LaGrange for our Spring bicycle drive and fundraiser to benefit two groups that bring affordable, healthy and environmentally responsible transportation to both youth and adults in a safe environment here in Chicago.

The organizations that our troop's efforts will support are We Role Sycle Works and Growing Power Farms Chicago.  For each bicycle you donate, we are also requesting a $10 donation to cover some of the associated repair expense.  We will also be collecting tools and T-shirts that will be used in bicycle repair classes and as wrags at the We Role bike shopts to repair these bikes.

For the first 100 bikes donated, we will be offering 20% coupons at REI to help you get ready for the bicycle season.

We will have free bike tune-ups and basic repairs as well as a bike rodeo saftey course for the kids to get safe for the bike season.  So ride in and tune up!
